Frequently Asked Questions
What is life coaching?
Life coaches assist clients in uncovering their maximum potential, offering guidance and serving as an impartial sounding board in both professional and personal spheres. They refrain from providing all the solutions or completing tasks for their clients, instead, they illuminate the path for individuals to discover their own answers and achieve their goals autonomously.
Are sessions conducted remotely or in-person?
Both options are available! While I'm based in Boston and can offer in-person sessions for those in the area, I also work with clients across the United States and occasionally internationally, making my coaching program accessible from anywhere.
How does the program work?
Contrary to therapy's stigma, my coaching program shares a common objective with Hinge (yes, the dating app): designed to be deleted.
My coaching program fosters sustainable growth within a 12-week timeframe. We meet one-on-one weekly for a duration of one hour, at a time that suits your schedule. During our sessions, we engage in activities, discuss goals, track progress, and maintain flexibility to address any pertinent topics on your mind.
Am I a good fit for life coaching?
If you're experiencing a sense of stagnation in your personal or professional life and are uncertain about your next steps, but are committed to investing the necessary time and energy to overcome these internal obstacles, then you're prepared to benefit from the guidance of a life coach.
