For me, it flared up when I was:

Stuck and didn’t know what to do.
Overworked and burnt out.
In those moments, not knowing how to shift gears was just the cherry on top.
I wanted to learn a better way.
The solution?
Developing a mental fitness routine.
After I curated a routine that worked for me, I was able to:

Respond (NOT react) to stress
Reframe negative thoughts
Propel my career forward
